Kybella is a nonsurgical treatment and the first FDA-approved injectable for double chins or moderate to severe fat deposits under the chin. The active ingredient in Kybella is synthetic deoxycholic acid which is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat.
