Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed
• Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• A copy of your receipt from Elite MD Spa must be included with the return.
• All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
• We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.
Note: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients (e.g. retinol, glycolic or salicylic acid) may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. To help you avoid irritation or allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product page. We are happy to help you decide what products are best for your skin.
